This program equips them to effectively support various middle and curriculum leaders in their schools, fostering a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.
This program aims to equip middle leaders and academic vice principals with the necessary tools to effectively teach other curriculum managers, fostering inclusive and supportive learning communities. It addresses the growing need for educators skilled in advanced teaching skills, enhancing student outcomes and promoting a culture of diversity and lifelong learning in education. By the end of the program, participants will be prepared to lead and mentor their teams, driving improvements in educational practices and student achievement.
(1) Adapting teaching methods for learners by incorporating diverse instructional strategies to meet the needs of all students.
(2) Understanding curriculum through the process of measuring attainment, including the use of formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning.
(3) Creating inclusive learning environments while measuring student progress, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported in their educational journey.
(4) Demonstrating proficiency in managing and leading middle leaders and teachers, and influencing senior management in the effective application of their duties, promoting a collaborative and effective educational environment.
This program targets the development of strategies for middle leaders and Academic Vice Principals, focusing on preparation, delivery, assessment, and effective teaching methods. It aims to equip middle leaders with the skills necessary to become effective curriculum managers in schools. The program follows a train-the-trainer model, enabling participants to develop their skills and pass on their knowledge to other middle leaders within their institutions. Completers will be prepared to take on enhanced leadership roles and drive curriculum improvements in their schools.
