Maysoon Masoud is an experienced Master Trainer in the Early Childhood Program at the Sharjah Education Academy. She has extensive experience in school education, continuous professional development for teachers and school leaders, managing educational research projects, and developing early childhood educational standards.
Masoud began her professional career as a teacher in 1997 and continued in this field for ten years. From 2010 until 2019, she held various roles, such as trainer, trainer of trainers, content developer, and training program manager at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA). In 2019, she moved to the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development (QRFED), where she worked as a Research and Program Development Manager for three years.
Masoud has achieved a significant feat by leading the development of the Arabic Language Network Program, which has been crucial in enhancing the pedagogical skills and proficiency of Arabic language teachers in Jordan and other Arab countries. The program’s excellence was acknowledged when it received the prestigious Mohammed bin Rashid Award for the Arabic Language – Fourth Circle in 2018.
Masoud earned a BA in English Language Teaching in 1997, an MA in Curriculum and Teaching Methods in 1999, and an Advanced Leadership Professional Diploma in 2017.
