Ms. Maysoon Masoud has over 20 years’ experience in education. Initially as a teacher, Ms. Masoud has also served in teacher training, content development, program development, and research management. For nearly a decade, Ms. Masoud Maysoon was a trainer at the Queen Rania Teachers Academy for in-service English teachers, as well as an instructor in the Leadership Diploma Program. She led the development of the Arabic Language Network Flagship Program, which significantly enhanced the pedagogical skills of Arabic language teachers across Jordan and other Arab countries. This program earned the prestigious Mohammed bin Rashid Award for the Arabic Language – Fourth Circle, 2018. Ms. Masoud has also served as a Research and Program Development Manager for the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development (QRFED).
