Ms. Khairia Al Kalam is a distinguished leader and educator with over 20 years’ experience in early childhood education. Ms. Al Kalam previously was the Early Years Lead at Nahda International Academy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she integrated the Montessori method with the British National Curriculum and played a crucial role in redesigning assessment protocols and enhancing online learning experiences. She also led teacher recruitment, training, and supported the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices. Her earlier roles include positions as a Preschool Director and Kindergarten Coordinator in Amman, Jordan, where she developed creative teaching plans, supervised staff, and fostered strong parent-school relationships. Ms. Al Khalam’s extensive experience and commitment to early childhood education make her a valuable asset in advancing educational practices and supporting young learners. She is a certified instructor, trainer, and coach for Early Childhood/Montessori.
