Khairia Al Kalam is a Senior Trainer in the Early Childhood Program at Sharjah Education Academy. With over a decade of experience in the field of early childhood education, Al Kalam started her career working as a kindergarten teacher and coordinator in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 2003 to 2017.
Throughout her career, she has held various positions in the field of early childhood education. From 2017 to 2019, she worked as a nursery manager. She then she worked as a certified trainer for early childhood programs and the Montessori curriculum from 2010 to 2019 in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Later, from 2019 to 2022, she worked as the Director and Program Lead for Early Childhood and Kindergarten in Saudi Arabia, where she was responsible for aligning the British curriculum with the Montessori curriculum.
Khairia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the London Montessori Centre, which she obtained in 2002. In addition, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literature in 2008, and a Master’s degree in Psychological and Educational Counseling in 2019. Khairia has attended numerous conferences both inside and outside of the Kingdom of Jordan, specifically focused on early childhood education.
