Master of Education in Teacher Leadership

The Master of Education in Teacher Leadership program builds on the foundations provided by the Postgraduate Diploma in Education, emphasizing scientific and innovative thinking in teaching leadership. This 36-credit-hour program spans two years: the first year covers 24 credit hours, and the second year adds 12 credits, with a focus on research and a thesis. Teachers will explore contemporary educational psychology and research methods to foster improvement in school environments. This program is ideal for educators aiming to advance their careers and inspire positive changes in their classrooms and schools.

Master of Education in Educational Leadership

The Master of Education in Educational Leadership is tailored for educational leaders looking to refine their skills in instructional guidance, school management, and strategic planning. Structured as a two-year program (36 credit hours), it builds on the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership with an additional year of study, including a thesis component focused on practical application.
