Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and developing the SEA brand and online presence by working on marketing campaigns and strategies. The roles include carrying out market research, strategizing, planning and creating digital content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns and overall brand positioning.

Major Responsibilities 

  • Maintain a digital dashboard across all SEA’s social media accounts
  • Manage and create digital marketing campaigns with an omni-channel approach
  • Develop, implement and manage SEA’s digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Prepare and develop newsletters and emailers to send out to SEA community and prospectives
  • Develop SEO/SEM and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Conduct market research and generate qualified leads
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and digital channels
  • Design and launch digital media campaigns aligned with SEA’s goals and marketing objectives
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, SM posts, press releases and event coverage)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects and establish SEA’s online presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase enrollment
  • Monitor Social Media, Conventional Media, ROI and KPIs
  • Maintain and manage SEA CRM and online community platform
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar and Creating/updating digital marketing reports
