Frequently Asked Questions

Below are responses to common questions applicants to the Sharjah Education Academy’s postgraduate programs may commonly ask:

Q1: Can I begin my application even if I don’t have all my materials ready?

A: Yes, you can begin your online application at anytime once the application period is open. You will create an application profile, with a login and password. Once you begin your application you can revisit it to submit additional items and uploads

Q3: If I have already taken an English Language Competency exam can I use those scores?

A: Yes, past scores can be used for accepted exams (IELTS/TOEFL/EmSAT) if they are no more than 2 years old from the date of submitting your application.

Q2: What should I do if my degree is not a tested or has UAE equivalency?

A: Degrees completed outside the UAE must be attested and one must provide Degree Equivalency. If you have concerns, please contact a member of our Admissions team who can help answer any questions.

Q4: What are the specifications for document uploads as part of the admission application?

A: The accepted file types and requirements for uploaded documents are: PDF, PNG, and JPG. Maximum upload file size is 3 MB.
