Ms. Fajir Amin has extensive experience in early childhood education. In her career, she has served as an educator and educational consultant for schools across the United States. Later, Ms. Amin taught in the UAE, and worked as a teaching and learning analyst with the Alef Education in the UAE. Ms. Amin was selected by the US State Department to represent the Fulbright Program in the UAE, where she researched the impact of extended teacher-student relationships, such as looping. Her international accolades include the United States Teacher of Promise Award, the Outstanding Arab American Award, Phi Theta Kappa Membership, the National Association of Undergraduates Award, the Arnold Virginia Scholarship Award, and the John Tyler Community College Award for Distinguished Achievement and Sustainable Contribution. Ms. Amin was also honoured with a Fulbright Award from the US State Department.
