Sharjah Education Academy Receives Institutional Licensure from the UAE Ministry of Education

Sharjah Education Academy (SEA) has been granted an institutional licensure from the UAE’s Ministry of Education. Such licensure enables academic institutions to work in the field of higher education within the UAE.
The acquired institutional licensure is considered an acknowledgement of the Academy’s mission and reaffirms its capacity for holding all the required academic and administrative infrastructure, governance, policies, procedures, financial and human resources, as well as the adequate quality assurance standards that will allow it to achieve its objectives.
H.E. Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, President of Sharjah Education Academy and Chairwoman of Sharjah Private Education Authority, conveyed her sincere gratefulness to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and praised the wise leadership and special care that His Highness continuously provides the academy with to support its mission in developing education in Sharjah. She added:” This milestone achievement comes to reaffirm the academy’s efforts in applying best practices and international standards throughout its training and academic programs.”
Commenting on the occasion, H.E. Dr. Jeanine Romano, Executive Director of Sharjah Education Academy, said: “receiving institutional licensure is a steppingstone that will launch the academy and its programs to new heights, and will enable it to realize its vision to lead, innovate, and enable educational excellence, in a diverse learning community.”
Furthermore, Sharjah Education Academy, established under an Emiri decree issued by His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi in 2020, aspires to become a leading higher education institution that exemplifies Sharjah’s culture of continuous of improvement across all of its infinite horizons.
